I have just renewed my annual subscription to AVG Internet Security.I am now being told email scanner is not active.Any ideas?

Is that AVG 2015? Repair is certainly worth a try, but Zbynek has requested diagnostic output for another case of EMS stopping: http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe
