To check if the AVG program is installed on your computer, please check the programs list : Go to control panel - Programs - Programs & features.
If listed, please locate the desktop icon of the respective program & double click on it to open.
Please try the above steps & let us know if it helps.

Hi. I am John. Iam 73 retired and not a teck guy so please be kind and use english  terms please.
Basically, I can't get this program to work and/or show on my screen. I have had this product for over 5 years and never had a problem. So, any help is greatly appreciated.
