I have multi device internet security, but I can't find a way of sharing with my family. I'm currently only using 1 of the 10 licenses. I've followed the links provided in other threads, but the "family sharing" options doesn't appear to exist…? It has done in the past!

Upon checking your account, we can see that you have an active AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) subscription.
The AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) subscription is a subscription bundle which includes AVG Internet Security, AVG TuneUp, AVG Secure VPN & AVG AntiTrack.
Regrettably, the family sharing option is currently available for AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp standalone products alone.
In this case, we'd recommend that you manually install & activate your subscription onto the devices of your family members.
