I have at my AVG Account no longer stand subscription AVG Ultimate,

when I entered into a subscription for one year from date 30-12-2016

Order number 702-0377961

Here I found out when my phone was put back on the pro version to

the free version.

Wild activate it, then return to my AVG Account but suddenly had no

Subscribe to AVG Utimate be more!

What is going on ?
