Please help me with a similar question. I haven't deleted the device from my list. I've tried to change the anti-theft password, but your system is not finding my phone, even though I can hear my phone receiving messages. When I try to locate, I get this message:

Hi all, @Job unfortunatelly it means that either phone is not connected to internet or it is not able to fix GPS. @Navin it depends on device, exact steps are usually on mufacturer web. @SHuvendu for help please try lock your phone from our web interface using new password e.g. 123456 when try unlock all lock screens with this password. Thanks
