I have changed my SIM and now its loacked…I am connected to WIfi…used unlock option from your website…but till now I am getting an "enter password" prompt …the device is not delisted…kindly advise urgently

@Job unfortunatelly it means that either phone is not connected to internet or it is not able to fix GPS.
@Navin it depends on device, exact steps are usually on mufacturer web.
@SHuvendu for help please try lock your phone from our web interface using new password e.g. 123456 when try unlock all lock screens with this password.
