Are you referring to this license purchase?
Did you get notification to purchase AVG subscription via email?

Hi everbody!!! I boought a service for two years, with my invoice 2802599975 date 20/04/2015; the point es I HAVE NO SERVICE, and I recived an advice from yours, that you want tou sell me another service, same service… I would like to givme a reason for that. Thanks.
