From your description, it seems that you're receiving campaign notifications or being prompted to purchase additional AVG programs while attempting to fix the detected performance/privacy issues.
Please clarify whether you receive those notificaiton during smart scan or at the bottom of AVG Internet Security's homepage.
For better clarity, please share us the screenshot of the notification that you receive.

In December 2022 I bought a 1 year subscription to AVG Internet Security and I received an activation code. I downloaded the program but it doesn't work. Every time when I scan computer and press clear problems and correct errors then page shows that I have to pay some subscription again. I FEEL TRICKED.
  YOU WANT TO SCAM ME OUT OF MONEY.
