I have paid but it will not register

I have paid for two years protection but it will not register. I do not have a licence number but was just instructed to log in and restart which I have tried a few times.
Please help, thank you

I regret for any inconvenience caused. AVG Internet Security - Unlimited does not require a license number as it is activated using your email address and password. Please follow the steps provided below to complete the activation:

1. Open AVG Internet Security or Anti Virus Free.
2. Click on My AVG -> My Subscription.
3. Click Login. (If you do not see this option, click Logout or Remove license to see it).
4. Type in your email address and password, click Login again.
