Hello Kevin,

I am sorry to hear that you have been facing issue with the installation of AVG PC Tuneup. This error occurs if you have installed any expired or Trial version of AVG PC Tuneup in your computer. To fix this, please open the control panel - program list and uninstall AVG PC Tuneup. Once you uninstall it, please follow the steps in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-download-and-install-AVG-PC-TuneUp to install AVG PC Tuneup.

Regarding AVG My account issue, I see that you have an active AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) valid till 6/9/2018. Please share us a screenshot http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot of your My account page displaying your registered email address at the top right. So, I will escalate this to our concern team to fix the issue with My account.

Where do I find my License Code. I have the invoice.
Also, is there an easy way to find my own posts on the board?

AVG took $43 from my account, but when I try to download and install, I get an error saying it is incompatible with my other AVG products.
When I sign into my account it shows the I have no AVG subscription even though AVG took my money.
