I have paid for 2021 premium coverage but I keep getting an alert that I have not renewed

I paid for the 2021 Premium coverage, and it is installed.  However I keep getting the message that I have not renewed, and just today that I have free coverage but need to get Premium coverage.  Since I already have it, why do I have to pay again?
