I have paid for AVG Tuneup & still can not get on

We see that you was charged 53.36 USD for the renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) on 2019.10.12.

This subscription doesn't require a license key for activation, you can just use your AVG My account email address and password to activate the product.

If you still experience the same issue please share us the screenshot of it to check and assist you further.

And it is not possible to refund the difference in charge for the AVG TuneUp - unlimited program and AVG Internet Security - unlimited program, as the price differs for each product.

We will also provide you the compensation for the unused period once the issue is resolved.

Last Saturday I notified your dept. that I had paid for Tuneup & was unable to get on. Long story short I wasn't really listened to & I was told I had to prove I made the payment, even after I provided the date it happen & was told that my AVG Internet Security was just paid. I replied that was not due until Jan. & that the payment was misapplied. (Ref. # 07325887) Basically your support person wasn't listening to what I was saying
Yesterday I received a screen shot from my bank showing the payment to AVG. Again I tried to get on & again I wasn't able to. I called in & this time they were able to get the payment to show up on my account. So I thought everything was now fine & it was supper time here so I let it go. 
This morning I was still getting the pop up saying I had not renewed my Tuneup. I checked my account, it shows has been paid, But it will not let me on. (Ref. #108952472)
I read the directions, which basically said all I had to do was log on using the same information I use to log in to my AVG account. Still not working, still asking me for a key number, which no one has sent me.
Please send me a key to get on and refund me the difference between both products. I also believe that I should get a credit from the period it expired in September till now.
I have used AVG for years & in general been very please with it. Recommending it to friends & family. After this experience I'm not sure I will do that again
