I have paid for (and received confirmation) AVG Ultimate.  However, when I look for AVG in my list of programs, I find only AVG Anti Virus Free.  How do I get what I have paid for?

believing it was for PC Tuneup
I have downloaded program it wants me to pay again also it tells me my internet security needs renewal I have already paid for this too

Have you activated your AVG PC Tuneup using its license number and AVG Internet Security using your email address and password?

Do you receive renewal notification via email?
