 Dear Sir, Madam,
 
I have written two times a letter to you about the fact that I have paid to much for the purchase of AVG and that I have paid twice once with my  personal bankaccount NL 65 INGB 0007 3023 68 and the second time with my Visa-card. I used my personal bankaccount  and my Visa to pay my subcription.
 
I sent you the letter on the 11-03-2017 en I have received from you a letter back on 16-030-2017 with your reply that I have activate my account, but it was already to late to activate my AVG TuneUp-Unlimited. To prevent losing my AVG TuneUP-Unlimited I bought  a second subscription which I paid with my Visa-card number:  4163 5701 1311 3150.
 
I would appreciate it a lot if you refund me back the money I paid with my personal bankaccount:
NL  65 INGB 0007 3023 68.

I've also added to this email my bank statements for you to see.
