I recently signed up for AVG 2015+ and paid £35.99, only to discover a week later that I have still got cover until 29.10.2015 from a 2-year purchase, your ref.36-2495598. I have obtained credit for the purchase of the 2015+ but was told this means that I have no cover. Please advise a.s.a.p.
