I have rec'd calls that you will no longer be in service. Is this true?

On checking your account details, we could see the following AVG products being active: AVG Secure VPN (10 devices), valid until May 24, 2024; 
AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer), valid until May 18, 2023.
Could you please confirm from which number you have received the call and also for which AVG product your service will no longer be active?
