Hi, I have a problem with the AVG internet subscription, I have received two debits on my credit card for the same value and the same day.
I need a refund from one of them.

Daniel, we don't find any double charge happened on this email account.

All we could find is only one charge for 399.00 ARS and we don't see charge for 482.79 ARS.

I have sent an email for you to provide us few additional information to locate the charge and to help you further. Please reply to that email with the necessary information to locate the charge from our end.

I have this bill only, that AVG sent me , besides the duplicate amount,  does not match either with the total the amount in the statement. It is very extrange

The charge that is reflecting on the invoice for 399 ARS is the only charge that we could locate on your account.
