Well, as per your response, computers are utilised 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The weekend excuse is unacceptable. I dumped all of AVG's data from my computer. Reinstalled them again, and they seem to be working as they should be. As my I/S subscription does not run out until Feb 2015, I will continue to utilise the AVG products until their licence expiry date. Then, I will dump the lot into where it belongs. Ps, don't take it personally, as I note that AVG is not the only company with it's problems regarding support. What AVG, and others, seemingly do not realise, is that with less problems, ie, better product, there would be better support, as support would not be inundated with requests for help.

I have registered products at one e-mail address, but no account at that address. I have an account at another e-mail address with no products registered. I am running several AVG products, all of which were registered. I have the confirmation e-mails. One of these is AVG 2014 Internet Security, with an expiry date of 24 Feb 2015, yet the program is asking me to renew my subscription, as the "Personal Identity" section is out of date and requires renewal. What the hell is going on with AVG and their products. You are under a legal contract to me to supply a service which I have paid for. Why is there so many problems listed with AVG products??
Hi Malky,
I can't really help you since all licenses are under different email address.
Thanks
Can you please provide me with some identificator so I can find them?
Thanks
