I have somehow paid FEW MINUTES BACK  for MULTIPLE PAYMENTS WHICH ARE NOT REQUIRED . 
Payments done for 
(1) AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device)
(2)AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device)
(3)AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device)
(4)AVG Secure VPN (5 devices)

My need is to protect only 4 laptops.

  • Sl nos (1)for 10 devices and ( 2 ) for 5 devices  seem to be duplicated . Request to get the refund 
  • What are the differences between sl no 2 and 3  from user's perspective and understanding?
  • I dont need any protection for ANDROID 
  • Request a clear differentiation of functions of each of four packages
