I have the license for Internet Security but Only Free Shows up

I have.  If I try to install it again I, instead, get prompted for a repair or uninstall.

I've purchased both AVG Pro (for my desktop computer) and AVG Internet Security for my laptop.  I can see both licenses when I use the license retrieval and neither expire for almost a year.  Why, then, does my laptop AVG Zen tell me I'm using AVG free and I need to upgrade?  I don't see any place that I can just type in my license and correct the issue.
