Hello Richard,
We are sorry that you are unable to fix the threats detected by AVG. Please use the below instructions to create and attach a screenshot:
1. Press Shift-Command-4.
2. Move the crosshair to where you want to start the screenshot, then drag to select an area.
3. When you've selected the area you want, release your mouse or trackpad button.
4. Find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop.
5. Then click on 'Write a comment' in this AVG Community and click on 'Image icon'[Mountain icon] and then add the screenshot to this AVG Community.

I have three threats I would like removed from my system.  I can only protect myself not remove them.  I was told to screen shot the outcome of my software.  I have but have no idea how to upload them to the AVG site to be viewed.  Please let me know when you can me contacted so I can correct this issue.
