I have tried to install the latest AVG offer (2yrs @ 26.79) and nothing has happened

AVG has accepted my credit details enabling me to purchase the latest AVG offer (2yrs@£26.79). On screen asked me to uninstall existing AVG - which I did - and now I am left with nothing. Product paid for but not delivered. Can you help, please
