I have upgrade to AVG Pro but I keep receiving emails that my license has expired

You had AVG Premium Security and now you have AVG Protection so expiration message was correct. License you don't have because you don't need it. AVG Protection is activated using account instead of license.

So do you still have the same protection and access to data safe?  I am experiencing the same thing now - converting from AVG Premium to AVG Pro…just got an email today from AVG telling me license was expiring and requesting that I renew.  Not sure where the disconnect is??? Frustrated!!  Even More Frustrated That This Seems To Be The ONLY channel of tech support.

I have received an eamil with your order number and invoice number and followed the procedure to upgrade, but when I check my valid licenses I am told my license has expired. When I go onto avg 2014 support I am not able to view my license number. How do I find my license number

Paul, Visit the License retrieval form (http://www.avg.com/license-retrieval).
Enter your e-mail address and the displayed Verification code.
Click Continue. You will receive an e-mail with all your AVG license numbers.
