I have used AVG for more than a decade, and now I need to speak with an AVG rep. How?

I want to speak with a Rep to get support. I have Microsoft Outlook email and it stopped sending and receiving on my lap top. I need TECHNICAL SUPPORT to enable me to use my email without loosing my past email communications. How can I get an AVG Rep to discuss a support plan? I have not been able to get anyone although I have clicked on "Contact Us" numerous times.
