I just purchased and downloaded AVG 2015 but now my computer isn't taking it

I just purchased and downloaded my AVG 2015. I shut off of my computer and it showed that I had successfully downloaded, yet I cannot get the updated version to run on my computer. HELP! Customer Service has been worthless when I try to get info from them
