Thanks all for your answers, Kenza! when i renewed my AVG Internet Sec. and ordered a DVD i couldn't change my address. I did try but no place where i can send a message. Alan! do i have to make an international call just to reach AVG sales , no e-mail?

Due to the delivery address being invalid if it has already been shipped you will have problems, you could call AVG Sales and speak to them Monday - Friday, they will be the best to advise you in regards to your problem.
In The Mean Time, you should be able to find your license key online so you may head to http://www.avg.com/download to download your product!

I Have spoken to AVG US, they can rectify your problem for you.
If you could possibly e-mail your AVG ID or purchase e-mail and if you have it your receipt for your purchase to kenza@kteccloudcare.com i will get AVG Sales to re-send your license and see what we can do in regards to your Installation DVD.
