I just want to cancel my subscription, why hasn't the customer service responded?

I installed the VPN on my subscription. It gives me two months free but after that it may charge my account $100. I don’t want it at all, I downloaded it by mistake and I don’t know how to remove it and my credit card. It should be noted that it is very difficult to reach their support. Not so good service! Please help me how I contact them or cancel the VPN immediately.

Do I need to resort to legal action to even exercise such a basic right as unsubscribing? Or should I complain to other large social networks first?
