Thank you for your replies.  The problem doesn't seem to be here today.  It seems to happen when Firefox Updates its Web Site and AVG haven't caught up with their Updates.  If I have any further queries I will come back to you.   Thank  you

How can I get rid of this.  It keeps coming up and I click for it to be deleted but it still comes up

Betty, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
