I keep getting a message that (File name) has been moved to quarantine

Hi John,
Thank you for your response. We also wish you to check with the link after adding to the exception list. If so please inform us whether the popup issue is fixed or not after adding to exception.
Thank you.

John,
We understand this might be disappointing, provide us the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the popup which you are getting and the name & version of AVG you have installed to check and assist you further. Thank you!

There are no files in my Quarantine. This started happening right after a supposed update to Moxilla/firefox  update link - https://aranglogospire.net/750801639736/1494857900593706/firefox-patch.js - I just want the message to stop "popping up".

Thanks in advance.

The last screen shot sequence shows the file added to exceptions and I am still getting pop ups under that file name.

Hi John,
Thank you for providing us the screenshot, if you think that the file is a genuine file, we suggest you to add the .exe file to Exceptions and check. Here is a link with the steps to add the file to exceptions : http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-make-exclusions-from-all-scans-and-shields
Thank you!

John, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

John,
We apologize for the delay in responding to you. We would recommend you to run a full computer scan, checking network settings (DNS records) and uninstalling/disabling unused or suspicious applications and browser add ons. Also please try to uninstall and reinstall Mozilla Firefox and check for the issue.
Thank you.
