I keep getting a popup that says "powershell has stopped working" I have updated my software and have ran two scans that find nothing. Is it a virus? How worried do I have to be that AVG does not remove it?

I used the print screen, then tried to paste it to this message and it was a no go.  My computer has slowed down so much, I can't do anything.  I realize no protections is 100%, but was hoping for a quick fix as I am on vacation and not near my computer wizard.  Thank you for your help.

Have you googled "powershell has stopped working"? No antivirus can give you 100% protection you know.
