I keep getting reminders to buy avg when I have a paid subscription

I let an old avg subscription expire for 1 computer when I bought avg internet security for multiple devices with no product licence no, I keep getting a message telling me I am unprotected & to buy avg & update product licence number, there is no product number? How can I stop the message? Thanks

Yes, you have purchased AVG Internet Security - unlimited which can be installed in all windows computer, mac computers and android devices. This product does not require a license number for activation, as it is activated using your AVG MyAccount that was created during your purchase. I have sent you an email with the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Internet Security - Unlimited.
