i'm having the same problem: this pop up keeps coming even when im not using the chrome. I don´t know what to do.

I have run AVG numerous times and TotalAV, reinstalled chrome and it still comes up. Have also reset all my passwords. What else can I do to get rid of the threat other than to reinstall and reset the entire laptop?

[seems to be in multple places: chrome.exe (despite uninsall and reinstalling chrome) , AVG TuneupUI.exe and AVGUI.exe]
