I lost connection to your customer chat support Ellimae

And I have to say that it is really annoying that if you lose connection you don't get redirected to the same customer chat support. 

Nothing bad towards the guy that entered after the disc. But I would have liked for the conversation to be progressive and not to have to explain myself and all of my rant once again. 

I do need to tell you that "Ellimae" customer chat support was really professional and customer oriented! I felt really listened to and although these kind of services are supposed to be like this, I was actually blown away by the calm this person listened to my rant, and also gave me motivation to stay as a customer to AVG thanks to her. 

You should give her a pay rise or let her instruct new support chat'ees,
