Having had troubles with activating my AVG ultimate license on my android devices some months ago -while it worked fine before- I have read somewhere on your faq's that you were working on the problem.

Now some months later it still does not work. After a lot of effort you might finally be able to connect with some technical staff that make you go to all kind of useless procedures. To find out in the end you were running around the garden a 1000's times in vain - I even did a hard factory reset of a phone to no avail.

It is useless and this known with AVG. Because the software does not work as designed. So you do not get what you pay for.. But they make it your problem, unless you are so persistent like me, that you finally get a written consent it is their software that just does not do the job.

The coding is crappy and they were not able to solve this nor provide for an alternative solution - while this is of course unbelievable ignorant because it is quite easy. Give us vouchers -temporarily license codes and all is fine for a while.

Backgournd: all was working fine bfeore some commercial change. AVG ZEN did a very good job. Why they revoked this? And just a link to an avg-ccount would work fine as well, but the commercial office of course wanted a match with the Google Playstore to prevent abuse - so giving his middle finger to thousand paying customers and spitting them in the face if they have the guts to get through to some customer support.

The biggest problems I have with the Avast -AVG is just a side business- guys is three things:

A. You did not sort it out the problem in mean time, while you had a lot of time to do so.

B. You are not fair about it.

C. You do not try to help customers in any (pro)active way, you are just taking the mickey out of them.

So, I had too much insult added to injury. I am fed with this and I am prepared to press legal charges. I think we should not be with AVG/Avast anymore. So I guess to get a refund and a compensation for executing useless reinstalls etc.

NIce. Why you escalate to conrcem team. while you could have send all avg ultimate customers a voucher code 3 months ago?
You have the email adresses, you know the issue, you have to means to provide for a immediate (temporary) solution.

Why I have to move heaven and earth and be busy applying not working procedures for weeks while you -like a company- should know your commercials plans did not materialize within the needed quality restraints.

And what about all the other customers? That are not so persistent and crazy like me to try to contact you and do all what you tell me to do.... They probably think it is their phone or their fault.

You have their details, you know their email adresses... You should give them compensation and/or a voucher as well.

But the main thing is..

I used to like and trust you, and that is gone beyond repair.
So I opt for a refund and I will look for an other provider who is more serious about delivering security.
