I sent someone an email with a word doc and excel attachment, they are telling me it had a virus.  Have scanned the doc's and done a deep scan on my laptop, it has come back all clear.  Can I send the email concerned to AVG to confirm if there is indeed a problem?  Have tried the help lines but the lines are unworkable.
