I moved to Spain and now I get my emails from AVG in Spanish

Hi all, I have been trying to send a message to Support but the web site is crap (sorry, but it is). So am trying here in case an Admin sees this.

I am ENGLISH. Just because I moved to Spain does not mean I now want all my emails in Spanish. PLEASE change me back to English!?? Thank you.

Also, please make it easier to contact Support direct? Again, thank you. I realise you  make this difficult so that people like me don't hound you about your automatic systems that have detected I moved country and therefore assume I changed nationality instantly, as well as my mother tongue, but seriously - I pay you annually for three of your programs, the least you could do is speak to me in English. Thank you yet again. I'm really a nice person when you get to know me - just not when I'm frustrated.

- Jo Holloway. (I speak more French than Spanish. But I would still prefer to communicate in English.)

Hello Jo,
We are sorry to know you receive message in Spanish. To assist you better, could you please let us know if you are receiving the emails through email client like outlook or checking it from web browser?
Thank you

Hi, I receive my emails in Outlook 2010 … but I assume this is because your programs sent messages back to your system or server about my whereabouts and automatically made the change. I just don't know how to change it back. I would be very grateful if you could do so please? If your system is based on where the programs are being operated and thus what language they decide on, there must be an override? Thanks!

Thank you for the information. We can understand your concern but we would like to inform you that the AVG antivirus program will only scan the emails for potential threats and it doesn't change the language of the system or the Outlook. We assure you that the Outlook settings would have changed and we request you to contact the Microsoft support to get assistance regarding the change of language on Outlook. You can also disable AVG antivirus program temporarily by following the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1GnMD3N and check whether there is any change in the language and by this you can confirm that AVG isn't causing the issue.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance.
