If the issue happens on a particular browser, please try to access the website on any other browser.
Have you changed location in AVG Secure VPN and checked if you are able to access that website?
If not, please open AVG Secure VPN > Click on the Change location option in the main user interface and choose any other location. After changing the location, please check if you are able to access the website.

Several programs that I use won't work because the AVG VPN conflicts with the software and until I disable the VPN, the program won't work. You are asking me to pay for the the next years VPN and I am reluctant to do so unless you can tell me why this is happening. If I choose not to buy the AVG VPN, how can I get a refund?
