Please check if you are able to do online banking and download attachment.
If you still face same issue, please do check if VPN is enabled and try turning it off and check again.
Also could you please let us know if you were able to access bank websites previously with AVG installed on your device?

After I downloded the AVG on my computer, I have got some problems:
- I can not use online banking and pay bills for the firms…
- I can not dowload attachments, when I am sendign messages to eks: the NOrwegian Labor Inspection Authority!!!
Please help med to fix this as soon as you can! I can not use my computer the way it is no and I cant do my job…

Not an answer but rather a question to Krishna: Why do customer service people say this? "We understand that you are unable use online banking and download attachment after installing AVG.
We really understand that how inconvenience that this might be for you and will help you further on this issue."
It's obviously canned language. I find it needless and incredibly annoying and I cannot imagine that you like to add it. So why?
