I have 3-4 questions
In april 2018 I was automaticly charge from my credit Card for a new license I have never experienced that before and as far as I know I have not allowed that.
When I was charged for the new license, I did not get a license number, perhaps because you send it to my old e-mail, because your charged my credit Card automatically.
Now I need to reinstall my product and have no license number, some of the functions now turned red and do no function. Haccker, payment and confidetially modules.
I have just created an account with my new e-mail adress and from witin the AVG product and thougt I then would get access to my licences number. I never created an acount before.
What do I do, and why do you charge my credit Card without my acceptance? In all the years I have just payed manually for my product every time it was outdated, so I am quit surprised and quite angry about this practise.

It's unfortunate that this has happened. Let's fix it right now. You have been charged automatically for AVG Antivirus on your old email address- t_axxxxxxxx@ofir.dk since the automatic renewal was enabled and the new license was sent to the same. You can reactivate the program using your new license number which I have sent to your new email address. If you wish to change your email address to the new one, please let me know.
