Thanx for the reply. I want you to go on team viewer and take contol of my computer. I always download from pirate bay and eztv with utorrent. since i bought this products from avg i can not download anymore. I still need to download my series and music from that websites. please contact me. i will stay online

Lizette, we use a different tool for remote assistance.
