I need specific ports open for a download, how do i do this?

Helen, Try this…
Open AVG -> Options menu -> Firewall settings.
Click the Expert mode button -> System services.
Click Manage user system rules.
Click Add.

Hi,
I am trying to download something and a message says if you are downloading from behind a firewall, you will need ports eg. 'X Y Z…'. open.
How do i do this?
