We are Attempting to activate the new license number for one of our clients with expired AVG Business Edition 2012/2013.
The client computers are not taking the license number manually and we cannot synchronize it from the AVG Admin Console. I see that you have a tool (batch file) that resolves this issue. Reference this link https://support.avg.com/search?l=en_US&retUrl=support&searchText=243063
