I need to restore an item not a virus

I've tried this, but after restoring the file each time I try to run it AVG again blocks it and sends it to the vault. This is my backup cloud and I need it to work.

So AVG detected a "virus" and has basically broken my ACT program. I was trying to sync calendar/contacts to Google and AVG detected it as a virus.  I selected to let it go but it would not let me and gave me an error and web link. I tried to cancel out of the program and it would not let me. My only option was to allow it as a virus. Now I cannot sync. I dont see any option to restore it either. Reinstalling this program is not easy and this really sucks.  Please advise as to how I can possible restore this. Thanks.
