This is the second time that I write to you. I haven’t asked any additional service to you other than the one I have… You have no right to ask for a payment that I haven’t authorized. In the past I quit your service for the same problem. Please, enough is enough. Don’t deceive the customers telling you have a good offer and then you keep asking for more money because the service you have provided doesn’t fulfil the service to protect you.
