Sorry for the trouble, Jack.

You can add your site to the exception list as suggested  below. Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu at the top right -> Settings -> General -> Exceptions -> URL's, add your favorite site.

Again, on AVG Internet Security -> Menu at the top right -> Settings -> Components -> Enhanced Firewall -> Customize -> System rules -> make sure all the task has been enabled.

Now, go to Enhanced Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> change all the profiles from public to Private.

Go to AVG Internet Security -> Hackers Protection -> Ransomware Protection -> check whether it is under Smart Mode.

I want to find the AVG Settings page as I am getting a false posiitve on a favorite website and I need to exclude the site.  But I don't know how to get there.
