I OKed an AVG removal from idrive in error. How to bring it back? I can't get my backup now

Initially, please clarify whether you use a paid or free version of AVG Antivirus. 
From your description, it seems that you've already added the file to exclusion. Hence, it would not be available in quarantine. 
However, there is a possibilitiy for the notification to show the detection, if the notifications wasn't cleared. If the notification regarding the respective file is available, take a screenshot of it & share it with us or note the path (if possible) to locate the file. (Notification can be found at top right corner in AVG program - bell icon)
