I got it running. But I still have no licence key. No Idea how I can get it. I wrote several times to the support and got no answers. :frowning: The only help came from this forum. - Thank you!

I see no difference between PC TuneUp 2014 and AVG TuneUp 2014 (except Zen Network). Can you give me some clarification.

I got an offer of AVG to substitute my Tuneup Utilities 2014 against AVG Performance multidevice.They got money, sent a invoice and in separate mail with installation details and license key. But there are no details and no license key. No link except to avg.com.

I wrote to support (web interface). No reaction. Today (after one week) I wrote again demanding to sent back my money.

Tuneup Utilties were great for years! AVG? Hands off

BigAL43: "Georg, I'm not an AVG employee." Then who made you "AVG Guru" (recently promoted from "AVG VIP") and put AVG logo there? Are you a human or a bot? How many times did you watch "Tron"? Just like the old AVG forums, when customers become annoyed with your stalling tactics and copy-and-paste "answers" you plead "I'm not an AVG employee."  Maybe you need a vacation?
