I paid before my license espired

The product that was charged on 2015 was already expired. Even though you still have AVG Internet Security - Unlimited subscription active until 2020.6.1. You can activate the product using your AVG My account email address and password. I know I still have my subscription active, I paid for that. The problem is that I paid for a 2 years subscription in 2015 and you charged me before the expiration date. That was a problem of your system not mine. I need a refund or an extension of my current license.

You charged me before my license expired in 2015. I just realized this happen. The order number is *****. I need you to extend my current license for the time I paid and didn´t got the service. Thanks
