I'm sorry for any misunderstanding or miscommunication. From your account, I can see that you have 15 active AVG subscriptions. You just need to have AVG Ultimate, AVG Driver Updater and AVG Secure VPN for your computer protection and driver updates.
I recommend you to keep two years of AVG Ultimate subscription, 2 years of AVG Secure VPN subscription and one year of AVG Driver Updater subscription, and for the remaining orders/subscriptions, you can receive a refund (a possible refund). May I know if you agree with me and can we proceed with the refund except for the above subscriptions?

Dear Sirs,
When a bright red very horrible looking sign came up that told me I was not protected I ordered AVG Products. But the sign repeated the same threat, on and on, and then I thought that AVG didn´t get my order, so I went on to sign up.
Now I have recieved the bill from Eurocard and it shows that the 18 th of February I paid 328,12 SEK the same date 1224,02 and another 249. The 21 of February I paid 1381,06 and 629,10, the 22th 371,28 and 6th of March I paid 329 and the 8th 417,04. A total sum 4928,62 Swedish crowns. How could this happen? I have been a AVG -customer for many years, but have never been treated like this before. I hope I will get my money back. Not all of it of course, since I still want to be protected.
I hope you can see that these bills, and act in a responsable way .

Among the other identical subscriptions you have, we can process a refund for an auto renewal happened on 6th March 2018 (SEK 329.00) and another auto renewal happened on 4th Feb 2018 (SEK 469.00). Also, I see that you have 3 copies of AVG Driver Updater 1 computer (1 year) license. Do you use these licenses on 3 different computers?
I have escalated your request to the refund team. They will process refund for all this recent purchases and contact you via email confirming the same.
