I paid for AVG but AVG says I don't have any subscriptions

We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products.

I automatically paid for AVG protection with my Paypal account and am paid up until April 2017.
I took the automatic Paypal  off because I am not going to renew with AVG once my subscription is up.
When I log on to AVG they tell me that I do not have any paid subscriptions.
Am I covered or not because I should be until April 20l7.
