I Paid for AVG Pc-Tuneup on i/3/71 and still await assistance'cannot even locate the payment in "My

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
When you log into AVG my account and it shows as "No subscriptions" because We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount.
This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products.
You can view the product in the order history of AVG my account log in.
As per our record, your active license for AVG PC TuneUp will expire on 2nd March 2018.
If your PC TuneUp program says as expired then please activate it by entering the current active product key.
On the expiry popup you can find the option as "click here", please click on it to enter the product key.

When I I try to use tuneup I am being told to "Pay now" or  My trial has expired.
In payment I immediately received from you INVOICE No. (order ID removed) and a License Key No.

  (license number removed) both of which are completly useless so I still cannot  use what I paid for.
Please help me. do I have to pay a second time for another.
